Learn more about the New York Technical Resource Manual (TRM) by attending the TRM Management Committee's stakeholder webinar series. The primary purpose of the TRM is to provide a standardized, accurate, fair, and transparent approach for estimating gross savings; these savings calculations serve as the basis for energy measure incentives throughout the state. The webinar will seek to engage stakeholders including (but not limited to) vendors, manufacturers, trade groups, and other market participants.
