Our starting salary is between $70,000 and $100,000 - depending on experience!

Requirements

  • Lead your crew in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting radiant and geothermal systems and related products. This includes heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and boilers.
  • Bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude. And a sense of humor!
  • Provide constructive feedback, and mentor your team to continually improve quality of service. 
  • Maintain accurate field service reports on a work iPad.
  • Have working knowledge of geothermal and radiant equipment, controls, and the ability to diagnose systems that require remediation.
  • Team player.
  • Self-starter with good time management skills.
  • EPA 608 Certification.
  • Perform other duties as needed including general maintenance, lifting, cleaning, organizing, receiving, and tracking inventory.
  • At 5 years of field and managerial experience.

Schedule

  • Monday through Thursday
  • 10-hour shifts
  • On-call once a month
  • Overtime available
  • Weekend hours when needed
